As a full time realtor, I specialize in golf communities in the Naples/Bonita Springs market. There are over 80 golf course communities in this market which include equity, bundled and public courses. I work with individuals who are looking for properties for personal use and those searching for investment opportunities. I am a 1031 exchange specialist.
MY OBJECTIVE
My goal is to find the right fit for each buyer which includes the correct golf course, type of housing, location, financial considerations and social activities. Southwest Florida communities offer several housing options from condos, coach and carriage homes, attached and detached villas and single family homes. MY BACKGROUND
I am a graduate of the University of New England with a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business from the University of Illinois. After spending some time in corporate America , I started and operated my own business for 25 years successfully meeting the needes of my clients and employees. My wife and I bought a home in Naples with the intention of having a place to ga and escape from the winters in New England. Once we experienced the great golf all year, the arts, wonderful restaurants and easy living, we now make this our home.
